Bonnie Schneider works as a journalist at CNN. The TV show she hosts"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK was launched on March 30 2012. The show also has her as an on-camera meteorologist as well as the co-executive director. The first novel she wrote was EXTREME weather, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Every week, three days Schneider also served as the reporter for WB56 on WLVI TV in Boston. She was the weekend weather forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami before joining WB56. She held various meteorology and reportage positions, which included News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) and WXII-TV in Winston-Salem. Additionally, she was employed by The CBS Network located in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
